EFFECTIVE AND SCIENTIFIC TREATMENTS FOR
CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS TO BUILD RESILIENCE
AND STRENGTHEN THEIR PERSONAL RESSOURCES

12 DAYS TO SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY, BURNOUT, OR POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS
Many people suffer in silence. Their suffering has multiple origins such as the hyper-solicitation of personal resources in the workplace, exhaustion, or the somatization of physical, psychological or sexual abuse.
Our programs offer a measurable and scientific approach to care. Research has shown a significant reduction in anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, vicarious and secondary trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

CORONAVIRUS AND THE EFFECTS OF CONTAINMENT: IMPACTS AND CONSEQUENCES
Since the beginning of the coronavirus epidemic in December 2019, many countries have taken the decision to implement containment measures that have led to severe psychological impacts on a large majority of the population.
Studies have shown the appearance of symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, feelings of confusion, anger, fear and anxiety. This situation causes confined people to draw on important resources - readily available or deficient - in order to overcome frustration, loneliness or lack of privacy and space. Some researchers point to the long-term effects of the traumatic consequences imposed by the health and economic crisis we are now facing.
Further information at national and international level is available on the websites of Ministry of Solidarity and Health, the World Health Organization, and the World Bank.
