Program duration: 10 or 12 days + 1 Year Follow-up with school counselors.

Public: Pre and adolescents suffering from stress, anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, eating disorder, depression, attention and hyperactivity disorders or general existential mal-être.

Program Activities: Creative art, drama, dance, music, yoga, excursion in nature, meditative activities, sports and EMDR group format.

Program Objectives: Physical and emotional stabilization; Neurobiological reprocessing; Adaptive stress-management skill learning; Monitoring of positive outcome and long-term support.

Staff: INNTRA and local staff with the support of school counselor and staff.

>The desensitizing treatment of traumatic experiences:  

EMDR-IGTP (EMDR group format).

>Working in partnership with local organizations helping young refugees.

INNTRA develops its multidisciplinary programs for refugee children by adapting the activities to be coherent with the culture of the participants as well as that of the host country. INNTRA and the organizations receiving young refugees collaborate together in the development of long-term psycho-social follow-up with the support of local psycho-social professionals.
